The Blue Rule – At the Park

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord they God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love they neighbor as thyself.

The Blue Rule at the Park is the first book in The Blue Rule series. Shooga is an Ooga that lives on the planet Benevolent. The number one rule all Oogas strive to follow is the Blue Rule – Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Shooga and his friend Rooga go to the park one day when a more appealing offer comes from their friend Tooga and Shooga is left alone and upset. Find out how Shooga handles this situation where not only does he have to follow the Blue Rule himself, but needs to give Rooga the reminder he needs.

The book includes 4 discussion questions at the end which provoke discussion and opportunities for parents, teachers, and children. A scripture verse begins and ends this book as well, giving opportunity for parents and teachers to start to teach children where wisdom comes from.

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.
